Detaching Useless Things

"Detach parts that are not useful."

Drop things that are no longer important. This principle also applies in a team. A team doesn't need complete team members. It needs full cooperation from everyone. Drop team members, who serve as displays (no function at all).

Passion or Profession?

"Balance your passion and profession."

There comes a point in our time that we need to choose between our passion (representing our hobby) and profession (stands for our chosen career). It may be a dilemma for us to choose as we're choosing between the one we truly love and the one expected for us. And sacrificing either of the two would mean a lot. But, in some point, we may prefer to choose them both and prefer them exist side by side. There's nothing wrong with it the idea long as we learn the proper technique in balancing the two so that none will be compromised.

Complementing

"Your strength should complement others."

Being a lemon for Kokoro Ramenya's iced tea is like sharing your strength and letting it complement with the other person in order for both of you to achieve your goal. Always remember that a good team is composed of unselfish members complementing their strengths and weaknesses with each other in order for them to achieve their desired goal.
